COBRA HANDS SELF IN, DENIES CRIMINAL INVOLVEMENT, FEARS FOR LIFE.






Wanted teen Tyrone Kacey Rowe called Cobra yesterday handed himself over to Police in the presence of several media operatives and Human rights activist Mark Benschop.
The teen was on the run and after Police published his picture early this week, he decided to hand himself over to Police.

At the time he handed himself, he was hiding out at an empty lot at Louisa Rowe corner in Georgetown. the teen however, is fearful that he will be killed by Police and has denied knowledge and involvement of the criminal activities that the Police is pinning on him.

At a robbery/ shootout early in August at Plaisance Line top which left a mystery as to how a bandit met his end (Anthony Taylor)an innocent man dead (Troy Collymore).

At that time also Police had stated that 'Cobra' was the mastermind of the violent shooting.
However, Crime Chief Seelall Persaud in an interview said that investigations are ongoing into several matters for which it is alleged the teen is responsible for.

Meanwhile 'Cobra' brinbgs to memory young Jermiane 'Skinny' Charles who escaped from Prison and later aligned himself to wanted man Rondell 'Fineman' Rawlins. Both men were said to be part of a gang that terrorised Guyanese for a period of time. After a long drawn out cat and mouse game between the alleged criminals and the Police, both were brutally killed on August 28 on the Linden/ Soesdyke Highway in what Police described as a "confrontation with law enforcement ranks."
