So we're trying to promote tourism but isn't it time we cleaned up "our own backyard?"
This man was sleeping on the pavement opposite the Parliament building (off all places too) around noon on Tuesday Sept 07 2010. Now this brings to mind the many more mentally challenged persons we see walking around Georgetown.
Wats your feedback on what is needed to be done to clamp down on this issue?
